The unusual path
that made me useful.

I did my under-grad in mechanical engineering and a Masters from HAN University, Netherlands, specialising in vehicle dynamics and autonomous systems. Then I pivoted hard. Not because I failed at engineering, but because I found something more interesting: the mechanics of how businesses grow.

At Zomato, I swiftly rose up the ranks across various functions from account management to people management, product management and at my last role there, I was leading a business function, all under three years — owning a ₹100Cr+ P&L, 12 cities, 50+ people, and end-to-end supply, ops, logistics, and product. I built myself to be a Generalist with an operator mindset. Each step was earned by combining data instinct with operational speed.

At Shree Anandhaas (backed by A91 Partners), I took a beloved traditional brand and doubled its digital contribution in 3 months — building the e-commerce stack, launching an application, and defining the brand language from scratch.

What makes me different isn't breadth for its own sake. It's the ability to move fluidly between product thinking, commercial instinct, and people leadership — and make them work as one system, not three silos. I'm drawn to fast-moving businesses that need someone who can think in systems and execute in sprints.
