The unusual path
that made me useful.

I began my journey in mechanical engineering, completing my undergraduate degree before pursuing a Master’s at HAN University in the Netherlands, specialising in vehicle dynamics and autonomous systems. But the turning point came during the pandemic. Forced to move back to India, what initially felt like disruption became clarity. It was in that uncertainty that I uncovered my strongest traits — adaptability and resilience — and realised I was more drawn to the dynamics of building businesses than machines.

At Zomato, I leaned into that shift. Over three years, I moved across functions — from account management to product to leading a business — eventually owning a ₹100Cr+ P&L across 12 cities with a 50+ member team. The journey wasn’t linear, but it was intentional. I built myself into a generalist operator, learning to combine data instinct with speed of execution, and earning each step by solving increasingly complex problems.

At Shree Anandhaas, backed by A91 Partners, I had the opportunity to work with a legacy brand and reimagine its digital presence. In three months, we doubled its online contribution by building its e-commerce stack, launching an application, and shaping its brand language for a new generation of consumers.

What defines me is not just range, but the ability to connect the dots — to move between product thinking, commercial instinct, and people leadership, and make them operate as one system. I’m drawn to environments that are fast-moving, slightly chaotic, and full of possibility — where clarity needs to be created, not followed.
